Is Negative HIV DUO Test After 15 Days Of Exposure Conclusive?

i had safe sex 16 days ago with a sex worker i used double condom before that i rubbed my penis on her vagina from the outside no penetration at all it was for about 5 seconds then she stopped me and then i put the condom on she gave me oral and then i put another one double it and had vaginal sex . after finishing i got so worried that i might catch HIV from her i asked her and she said she is fine and get tested regularly and i have nothing to worry about but of course any one can lie i'm getting mad i can't sleep i can't think i'm worried like crazy. two days ago i went swimming outside one day after i developed sore throat, fatigue, and mild cough no fever my temperature was between 36.2 and 37 c what worries me the most is that i devoted these symptoms 2 weeks after that experience which made me think its early symptoms of HIV or maybe just i cached cold after swimming i really can't think clearly i'm going crazy i did HIV P24 Ag And Abs (HIV Combo) yesterday (15 days after the experience) and it came Nonreactive i also did CBC and the WBCs were 11.21 and lymphocytes were 3.61. want to know i'm i over reacting? is the test result final and accurate i'm i at risk of having HIV?
Go about a HIV DUO test on day 28 from transmission
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The reason why I would not immediately rule out your concern is because of the genital contact, which carries a very very low chance of transmission of HIV, but it cannot be used to completely rule out HIV transmission.
I would thus in conclusion, recommend a HIV DUO test in day 28 since transmission, which is 99.8 % accurate in ruling out HIV. This test can really help and if it returns a clear result, then you need not worry about HIV anymore from this event.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes
