Is Negative HIV ELISA Test Result 3 Months After Exposure Conclusive?
Question: Dear Doctors,
Have 4 of HIV1-2 negative elisa test till six month , now at 8-9 months lots of physical problems are started with no clue of why?
Experiencing extreme pain in neck , shoulder and going to left hand till fingers from last 6 weeks and not subsiding at all.
Burning mouth and lips from last 3-4 months
constant weakness and fatigue from last 4 months
constant soar throat from last 5 months.
Need your help to understand still i am in risk or where i am standing in my life?

Which generation of elisa are in use in XXXXXXX in reputed hospital like Maxcare or Apollo.

Dear Doctor,
It was just an antibody test , not antigen.I was so much happy for my test after 6 months. But now the biggest problem i am facing is
Extream pain on left side of my neck ,shoulder and hand.Tremors in body.its so extream that I cant able to breath as well.
Everywhere its written and mention that muscle pain and joint pain are sign of hiv.
Have you ever seen or noticed case of such pain and hiv positive tested later.
All my test are from XXXXXXX hospital , do i need to retest at somewhere else? or i can simple trust them with confidence.
At 3 month i had hiv pcr rna test as well and the result was
Result < 72 ul/ml.
Acc to doctor its indicate negative value and test was negative. But then result should not be numeric value??
I am still going with high anxiety and stress due to these problems. Please help me doctor. I never had any fever but these physical discomforts are driving me crazy.
My internal medicine doctor is feeling these pain are due to depression. But depression cant cause such huge pain at all.
Pls help with your suggestions.

Doctor but this muscle pain is driving me crazy its to severe that i am not able to drive car and not able to sleep as well.

In some of the forums its mentiond these BMS and soar throat are sign of hiv and other stds? Is this true for false informations.
I did xray for my nech and shoulder pain but all seems good and doctor didnt identified anything and now requested to MRI. So far in last 8 months all my test are good with no sign of abnormality which includes hiv1-2 elisa , hiv rna pcr , hep b , hepc , vdrl , hsv1-2. C protein , esr vit D vit b12 multiple CBC's FGB etc except uric acid 7.2.
