Is Negative Oraquick HIV Antibody Test After 3 Months Of Possible Exposure Conclusive?

Recommend a blood antibody test as oraquick has 1 in 12 false negative rate.
Detailed Answer:
According to the manufacturers of the Oraquick HIV antibody detection test, if the test was taken after 3 months, the test is 91.7% accurate for detecting HIV antibodies. According to the CDC, there is a 1 in 12 risk of a false negative with the Oraquick test (i.e. getting a false result when you are actually positive). Here is information from the company on the research on their test:

So it is considered highly accurate but there is still the possibility of error with this test. Your risk is quite low, but if you want to be absolutely sure, there are 2 choices:
1. Have a blood HIV antibody test. These are over 99 % accurate at 6 months and 97% accurate at 3 months. However that remaining 2% of people who have HIV but don't have enough antibodies to make the test positive are mostly people who have a severe immune disorder such as leukemia and are not able to make antibodies normally. So after 3 months, a blood antibody test is pretty definitive.
2. Or...have an RNA virus test at any time now. However this is quite expensive and not routinely used for screening.
So what should you do? You can rely on the Oraquick, but if you want to be more sure, have a blood antibody test done now.
I hope this information helps you make a decision. If I can help with further information or clarification, please let me know.
If you want to get further information on the data, here is a site on HIV from the CDC. http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/basics/testing.html
Also, I see that your have posted your question multiple times and if you don't want to pay for them all you might want to contact Healthcaremagic and have those unanswered ones cancelled.

Not a must test.
Detailed Answer:
Your risk is very low.
I am assuming that the saliva went directly on your penis prior to putting the condom on? If the saliva was on the condom and not your penis, your sex was entirely protected.
It is not a must test to have the blood antibody test as the Oraquick is pretty accurate. But if you are of the nature to not rest unless you have a very definitive test, the blood test is a bit more accurate. I thought that if you go get it then you can definitely close the chapter on this issue and not worry.
