Is Negative RNA PCR HIV Test Result 10 Days After Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Hi, i am from australia and had unprotected sex with a sex worker that works in a brothel. I suspect she is hiv+ , when i asked her if she had hiv she said no and that she cannot give it to me and she cant tell me why or she will loose her job ( its illegal for sex workers to work in a brothel with hiv in aus ) So i suspect she is hiv+ but on medication? Anyway i am having a rna pcr test 10.5 days after the exposure. Will this be conclusive if negative?

You had unprotected sex with CSW but the status of the lady is unknown so the risk of contracting the disease is very less likely. RNA PCR is reliable but not conclusive after 10 days. You need to get tested again after one month to confirm the status.

Ok thanks. Will the hiv pcr rna be highly reliable for both hiv 1&2?
I will follow up a month past exposure with a combo ab/ag. Is that the fourth generation test and is thst conclusive at a month? Thx

HIV2 is uncommon in Australia also and it is found mostly in West XXXXXXX and Sub Saharan Region only so just calm down and get tested after one month with 4th generation test to confirm the HIV status.
