Brief Answer:
It is a non sexual impulsive attraction to male which is likely OCD symptom

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX kallapalli44,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. I am not a psychiatrist or mental health professional however I have served as a faculty in Radiology at a well known psychiatry research institute and would like to share my thoughts based on similar cases which I have seen earlier.

2. From adolescence till early adulthood it is normal for males to get attracted to other males and females. The confusion which you have written about is there in most young men. It gets solved by itself and most males get attracted to females once they are adults.

3. A small number of people have persistently get attracted to males and females. The attraction towards males who are strangers is also seen like you have mentioned.

4. You probably have developed a mindset that you have to get attracted to new male members in society and cannot avoid this impulse. This is probably the reason why you have been told to be having OCD like symptoms.

5. You are not XXXXXXX if you are attracted to females. It is clearly written that the purpose of getting attracted to new male members is not sexually inclined. Then probably it is because you feel more secure and want to be in the company of such male members in an asexual manner. In other words you might be feeling a sense of comfort in the presence of new male members who you meet.

In conclusion, it is not a sexual urge which makes you do that and there is only a strong impulse to go meet stranger males around you and can be a part of OCD tendency. Some sort of behavior which you feel will make you popular and more successful and trying to get in to the peer group.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
You cannot be called as XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX kallapalli44,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. You are not XXXXXXX because you are not sexually attracted to stranger males. Sexual behavior to same gender is an important part of being XXXXXXX and you do not have it. Therefore you cannot call yourself XXXXXXX

2. The problem is in your thoughts. You feel like getting attracted to stranger males and if you dont do it then it makes you uncomfortable. You can start thinking in your mind that you will talk to any new male person only if required. There is no reason to talk to any other unknown male person without purpose.

3. Whenever you see any stranger male then start thinking that you should continue with your work and not waste time talking to the other person. Please get busy with your work when such a situation comes and stop worrying that anything bad will happen if you do not talk to unknown people.

Hope your query is answered.

Brief Answer:
You cannot become XXXXXXX by thinking about it

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX kallapalli44,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Thinking that one is XXXXXXX will not make you XXXXXXX You are having a condition called homosexual OCD and in this the person has intrusive thoughts that they are XXXXXXX This does not mean they become XXXXXXX It is because their mind is at unrest and does not allow clear thinking.

2. Treatment of this condition is by getting consultation with a qualified psychotherapist who is an expert in sexual disorders.

3. I am sure that like many of the patients I have see you will get back to normal and have control over your thoughts. Please do not read things which will confuse you. Try not to get misguided by multiple internet articles.

Hope your query is answered.
