Question: is oral ketamine approved for treatment of CRPS-RDS in U.S.?
Am on butrans, gabapentin, seroquel.
Using cream Ketamin 10% amitriptyline 10% gabapentin 10%, baclofen 2.5% Cyclobenzaprine 2.5% Lidocaine 10% working pretty well.
Dose equivelents and safety of said cream orally.

Oral ketamine has not been used very frequently probably because of side effects.
It has mostly been used as infusions for control of CRPS.
It is good that you are controlled with the above said medication.
The equivalent oral doses are difficult to guess, as absorption by the local route cannot be quantified accurately.
