Question: Is it possible to be ovulating and not having period? If yes, what could be the cause and solution

Okay , let me try and explain this.
If you have regular periods, you are mostly having regular ovulation, and vice versa.
Ovulation and menstrual periods are governed by the same hormones, in essence.
They work in concert.
A women with irregular cycles , will have unpredictable and irregular ovulation.
ONce in a while ovulation might occur, but as a rule, if you are not having periods, ovulation is also not occurring.
