Brief Answer:
Pain relief with Gabapentin and capsaicin
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Peripheral neuropathy in diabetes is seldom reversible. The pain is reducible with Neurontin (Gabapentin ) and capsaicin local application in many of my patients.
Please do not become dependant on Tramadol.
Take care,
Dr Noble Zachariah.
