After having gone through the history given in your query and the uploaded results of endoscopy I am of the opinion that you seem to be having issue related to acid reflux disease.
I need to ask you some more information so as to analyze your problem properly:
1. Do you have any retrosternal burning sensation ('heart burn')?

Dear Ma'am,
Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply noted its contents.
Since I was busy, could not reply immediately.
From the history given so far and the uploaded endoscopy result (which was attached earlier) it seems to me that you have symptoms due to acid reflux.
Had you been my patient I would have advised you a proton pump inhibitor (like Pantoprazole)+Domperidone tablet once daily one hour before breakfast for at least 4 weeks. I also advise you to do frequent XXXXXXX warm saline water mouth gargles 3-4 times a day. Avoid taking hot and spicy or fatty meal. Do not sleep immediately after having the food, go to the be 2-3 hrs after having the food.
Continue taking the Thyronorm 75 micro gram/day as usual.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
You can get back to me if you have further query.
Best regards.
