Is Playing Basketball Advisable 2 Weeks After Gallbladder Removal?
Question: I got my gallblader removal . its XXXXXXX be two weeks on Tuesday since I got the surgery.. can I start to shootround and play basketball ..non contact ?
Brief Answer:
Yes for basketball if pain is manageable
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. With two weeks of surgery i believe recovery must be enough for yo to play basketball. However these short rounds are of alcohol we are talking about, i would not advise that as with out gallbladder, alcohol in small doses may be deteriorating. So yes play basket ball, try to avoid contact to prevent pain. But if you can tolerate, early mobilisation is ideal and recommended.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
