Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Negative Pregnancy Test Results?

Question: I have been having symptoms of pregnancy for about 8 weeks, I took two home pregnancy test and they came back negative and I went to the doctor and did a blood test too but she said it was negative. I have been feeling nauseated and this morning I just felt sick and puked. Is it possible I am pregnant?
