having sex up to 5-6 days before ovulation makes pregnancy possible. If ovulation has indeed occurred then - provided that the sperm was still alive and fertile - the plan B wasn't effective and pregnancy is possible. You can only get clues about pregnancy 10-14 days by measuring the blood levels of beta chorionic gonadotropin.
