Question: My wife hasal been taking regestrone for the last 10 days....her date was 17th...she is cntinuously taking it ..missed 1 tablet in between..we had unprotected sex last night..is der ne chance of her getting pregnant

Hi

I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy.

You should have taken oral contraceptive pill if you wanted contraceptive coverage. These regesterone tablets contain only progesterone and does not guarantee complete protection from pregnancy.

Missing one tablet is not a concern. Dont worry about it.

Since you have taken only regesterone I suggest you take emergency contraceptive pill today.

From next cycle please use oral contraceptives pill and not only progesterone tablets like regesterone.
