Brief Answer:
Morning after pill can make periods irregular for awhile.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM,

First, about the pregnancy tests: They are fairly accurate by the first day of the expected or missed period.

About the morning after pill and no period: Plan B and Next Choice are high doses of progesterone, and XXXXXXX is a new morning after pill that suppresses progesterone. Either way, these can mess up your normal cycle.

Usually the lack of having periods is evaluated when it has gone on for 3 months. However if you are feeling ill from it, do go in to see your doctor sooner.

Likely you will get your period sooner than 3 months though.

When you do get your period next, it is likely to be different in duration and heaviness of flow (lighter or heavier). This is because you probably did not ovulate this last cycle. In another cycle or two it will go back to normal.
