Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Oral Contraceptive?

Question: Hi Dr. my age is 25 and i had sex on 27th december last year.. i took unwanted 72 within 2 days... after 10 days i got period for 3 days but it wasnt like my usual flow because 5 days i get my period..... will i get pregnant??? because till nw i didnt get my period..

27th was the 3rd day of my period
after that my bleeding stopped after my intercourse
