We have sex after the birth of baby,my baby is just 2 months,periods not yet started for my wife,she undergone secorion operation.she is fear of having pregnency again,is it true she will become pregnant without starting of her periods and having sex for one time,pls answer

There are various signs of pregnancy but none are reliable.
Only positive pregnancy test is most reliable.
