Is Pregnancy Possible When Diagnosed With Fallopian Tube Obstruction?
Question: sir, my wife has DHL + proceed and result is (B/L SPILL ABSENT). please brief me what is this and is normal pregnancy possible or otherwise.
Brief Answer:
Both fallopian tubes are open
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM ,
The result of DHL+ proceed indicates that both the fallopian tubes are patent and there is no blockage in the use and hence pregnancy chances are high and infertility is not because of any tubal block.

sr bilateral ostiva visualised on hysteroscopy
sr bilateral ostiva visualised on hysteroscopy
Brief Answer:
bilateral tubal block.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If bilateral spill is absent then there is a definite blockage and in that case teh next step shall be to rule out TUBERCULOSIS with ADA levels and if detected then a course of AKT for 6 months shall be required and then repeat hysterosalpingogram after that. If that too fails then teh next best option would be IVF only.
