Is Qsysima Drug Safe To Take For Weight Loss?

Question: I am 55 years old and I weigh 266 and I am only 5'1", and I would like the prescription Qsysima for weight loss. The doctor that I saw would rather have me go through weight loss surgery. When I was 15 years old, I weighed 200 and my doctor prescribed a weight loss medication and I lost 71lbs in 8 months. I kept the weight off for 10 years, but it slowly came up on me. Is there any doctor who would prescribe this for me. I do not have high blood pressure, or any other factors, the doctor I saw was just very close minded.
