Question: my wife is diabetic . for her i want consultation . yesterday morning random sugar was 213

Random sugar is not a good sugar to know the exact status.

Also what are the diet restrictions and is she on moderate physical activity?

What are the sugars usually? Single sugar reading is not ideal to consider changing medicines.

thanks sir , I will provide reports LATEST for FBS PPBS and HbA1C as soon as possible
for the diet restrictions as such she (my wife Dipti )has no diet plan and she is regular in morning walk for 3 kms and 10 mins yoga.
sugars usually fbs 200 to 270 and pp2bs 200 to 300 and HbA1C 6.9

Simple medicines like metformin at a initial dose of 500 mg need to be started.
The sugars will have to be monitored and the dose gradually stepped up.
