Sinus tachycardia most likely an ecg should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
I am Dr Rishu Cardiologist and will be answering your query.

Normal heart rate is in between 60-100 per minute.Your heart rate is marginally on higher side.
So medically your condition is termed as Sinus tachycardia.
Sinus tachycardia is a rhythm which is formed by the electrical impulse originating in the SA node in the normal manner. However, the rate is faster than normal.
Anxiety or anemia is the most common cause of mild tachycardia in XXXXXXX females.
Initially i would advice you to go for test called-
Complete blood count
E.K.G

In case you are non anemic(hemoglobin normal) and ekg shows sinus tachycardia then drug of choice is beta blocker like propranolol and would be given in dose ranging from 10mg to 20 mg for few months.

Athelete are usually bradycardiac not tachycardiac.
Rate is not normal its a bit on higher side.

Hope i answered your query well.
Regards.
