Brief Answer:
Safe vaccine
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes rubella vaccination is a good step after abortion and thus should be administered.
There are no attached reports, so kindly send them with your follow up query in case you have any doubt.
After vaccination avoid pregnancy for at least 3 months.
Otherwise it is a safe vaccine and is routinely administered.
Take care.

please find the report, i would be waiting for your reply eagerly.
Brief Answer:
No need of vaccination
Detailed Answer:
I have seen your attached report which is suggestive of strong positive for Rubella antibody so you don't need any vaccination now and just get your rubella IgG levels tested again after 6 weeks from now.
You can try for pregnancy now without any hassle.
Wish you all the best.

Brief Answer:
No benefit of injection in your case
Detailed Answer:
There is no harm as it is except that you will have to avoid pregnancy for 3 months after this injection and since there no advantage at all of taking the vaccine as your antibody titre is already high so no need to take the injection and waste time before planning your pregnancy.
You can discuss this with your gynecologist.
Take the medicine given by her as advised as it is commonly prescribed and is helpful in conception.
Take care
