
Is Sensitivity Of The Testicle A Sign Of Cancer?

I am a 21 year old male. When I tap my ball they are a bit senstive is this a sign of cancer? My right ball is bigger than my left is that normal ?

The testis have a very typical sensitivity, what we call as testicular sensation which is typical.
The ''loss of this testicular sensation'' may be the first sign of testicular cancer.
You have a bit of sensation. This is normal.
The disparity between the two balls:
Usually both the testicles are of equal size. And the best way to compare and to know the reality, Ultrasonography and color doppler is the best easily available and the cost-effective investigation. his along with a clinical evaluation and physical examination by an Urologist will clear all your doubts.
