What Causes White Pimples On Testicle, Fatigue, Shortness Of Breath And Nose Bleeds?

Hello there, I'm an 18 year old male, who is a virgin, and over the past month i have discovered a few small white pimple's on my left testicle, i am kind of worried that it may be testicular cancer, because i do also show tiredness and at times shortness of breath, my urine has a very strong scent to it and the colour is also a dark yellow type... Just in the past couple of days, i have had 2 unexpected times where my nose bleeds continously for about 2-5mins....i am really worried as i don't know whats going on inside me, ohh and at times i have had chest pains... if you could help me that would be really awesome, thanks. D.

Hi,

Don’t worry. Testicular cancer is a cancer of the testicle(s) and not of the skin (scrotum) that covers them. As for the other symptoms, an infectious disease might be the reason. Make an appointment with your GP to get your blood and urine tested/screened. You can also show him the white pimples on the left side of your scrotum.
