Brief Answer:
MRI of vertebral column is recommended to exclude radiculopathy
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I am so sorry for the fastidious health situation you are in.
Apart shingles, your symptoms are more likely to be related to radiculopathy.
I advise to discuss with neurologist and to run MRI of the spine in order to evaluate the changes and decide for most appropriate treatment.
Multivitamins supplements especially of group B are advised to start together with Pregabalin.
Discuss this further with your neurologist.
