Question: Would small leaks in the mital valve and tricuspid valve that do not require any meds be of great health concern. Would alcohol consumption (moderate) pose an additional concern.

These findings are not of any great concern. They require nothing beyond routine monitoring right now. I will suggest that you talk to your cardiologist on a plan for monitoring so that any changes and interventions can be addressed accordingly in a prompt manner. Generally, unless a leaky valve causes heart symptoms, it is left alone.

What do you consider moderate alcohol consumption? I would recommend a glass of wine not more than 3times a week. Alcohol in itself is not a problem but excess quantities constitute a great problem. Keep the consumption to minimal levels and it would have no effect on your valves.
