Is Smoking Hookah Safe While On Antibiotics?

Question: I am on antibiotics for taking a tooth out the day before and i had a shisha and i struggled breathing

I have gone through your query and being your physician I appreciate your health concerns.
Normally after tooth extraction penicillin group is mostly used. I don't think there is any relation between shisha smoking and this antibiotic.
Do you have allergy like asthma or chest problem?
If yes , then shisha can exacerbate it.

It is advisable for you to seek medical advice regarding struggled breathing at the earliest . It is better to go to ER so that any acute allergic reaction can be excluded.
Meanwhile stay calm and quit shisha. If I am your attending physician after ruling out drug reaction , I will give you anti allergic medications like Cetirizine and Intravenous Steroids injection like Dexamethasone...
