Brief Answer:
Elevated transferrin receptor level suggests iron deficiency state.

Soluble transferrin receptors are measured to determine status of iron in body.
The normal biological interval for transferrin receptor is females is 1.9-4.4 mg/L, however, the range may vary from laboratory to laboratory.
A value of 5.6 suggests an elevated soluble transferrin level.

Iron is low, TIBC is normal, %saturation is low- iron def state.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Your blood report shows low iron level.
TIBC (total iron binding capacity) is normal.
% saturation is low.
These values suggest iron deficiency state.
I suggest you to consult your physician to look for probable cause of iron deficiency and treatment is with iron supplements.

Brief Answer:
High bp may be responsible.General physical examination is mandatory.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Head rushes can be due to high blood pressure.
Please get your blood pressure (bp) checked.
In case blood pressure is normal then some other cause of head ache like cluster headache, migraine etc needs to be ruled out.
Consultation with a physician for clinical assessment is required.

Neurological problem is suspected. ENT examination also required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Its great that your blood pressure is within normal range.
Now other causes of 'head rush' needs to be looked for.
I am of the opinion that the problem is neurological.
An ear examination also needs to be done.
