Can be controlled
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Ckd stage 3 can be controlled by diet and medication. This is how you should go about it
1. Low salt and low potassium diet
2. Fluid restriction to about 1.0 to 1.5 litres per day
3. Daily exercise, walking for 30 minutes a day
4. adding ace/arb. I usually start my patients on telmesartan 40 mg once day, it has proven time and again that it retards progression of kidney disease
5. make sure that your sugars and blood pressure is under good control
I hope I was of help, I am sure you will have doubts. Please get back to me, I will clarify them
Regards
