Brief Answer:
Massage & Steam Bath
Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern.
Technically steam bath [sauna] uses HEAT which can be exhausting. And patients with previous heart disease can faint due to excess heat, dehydration and exhaustion. Therefore I will not recommend steaming unless approved by your cardiologist. Your cardiologist will use other parameters such as baseline investigations [ECG] to approve steaming.
Briefly, unless your cardiologist and panchkarma staff are informed about your intentions to use steam bath, do not try it.
