Hi,

Regarding your questions, Eptus 25 contains the medication eplerenone, which is used to treat heart failure and high blood pressure. It works by blocking the action of a hormone called aldosterone, which can contribute to heart and blood vessel damage. Eptus 25 may help to prevent further heart events in some people who have had a heart attack or heart failure.

However, as for your chest pain, it is possible that it may be a side effect of one of your medications, or it may be related to a heart condition or another medical condition. It is important to discuss any chest pain or discomfort with your healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

Your healthcare provider may suggest some tests such as an electrocardiogram (ECG), stress test, or echocardiogram to evaluate your heart function and assess any potential blockages or other issues that may require further treatment. They may also review your current medications and consider adjustments to your regimen if necessary.

It is important to continue taking your medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider, and to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, and managing stress to help reduce your risk of further heart events.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
