Is Tachypnea A Sign Of Congestive Heart Failure?

Question: Dear doctor,

Im just wondering how tachypnea is related to left sided heart failure for a woman (78 yrs old). if you can send some link also related to this that would be helpful. Thank you very much.

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that as the blood which comes to left ventricles from the lungs after purification or oxygenation so if the left ventricle is failing then it put pressure on the lungs due to which TACHYPNOEA occurs.
