Is Taking Double Dosage Of Mylan-Bupropion XL A Serious Cause For Concern?

Question: I usually take the following 1 x per day:pristique 100ml, mylan-bupropion xl 300ml, ratio-irbesartan hctz300/12ml
On this previous Tuesday I mixed up my meds and missed my pristique but doubled up on mylan-b. After 1.5 days, I was sure I was having an anxiety attack thus contacted my doctor on Fri. While preparing to see her I noticed the error and returned to my normal routine for yesterday and today. About a couple of hours ago, I'm feeling like the anxiety is coming on again; tingling in the finger tips, temperature swings, feeling of fear.
Is there anything I can do until I see her on MOnday? Can I take a double mylan - b

Brief Answer:
Do not double the dose
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
I strongly recommend not to double the dose of mylan-bupropion as it has several side effects. I suggest you to approach your GP if you think you are having an anxiety/panic attack to add on another short term anti anxiety medication until you can meet your doctor . I usually add tab alprazolam at night or Amitriptyline.
You could also try alternative methods to lower the anxiety like
1. Meditation
2. Deep breathing exercise
3. Cardio exercises like brisk walking
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
regards
