Is Testicular Injury A Serious Concern?
Question: Three or four years ago i suffered a testicular injury (left testicle). The testicle hangs down lower then the right ( a lot lower it seems). When i first received injury i was sore and i heard gurgling sometimes in the same organ. Also I would see sperm come out with urine when releiving myself. The testi also seems a little smaller then the other. I went to get a physical four days ago and the PA who saw me performed a regular physical exam. I asked how everything seemed and he thought it was OK. However i forgot to mention that there was trauma a few years ago. I assumed a physical would determine anything wrong. I don't have pain anymore but the testi is sensative and the PA who examined me said everything was ok with the exception that the left testicle was a little tender. H referred me to a urologist who he scheduled me to see in 10 days. Does this me I am worried for nothing?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!
Based on the information given by you, I also think that it is ok and nothing serious. However, we cannot take a chance like that. An ultrasound of this region would help diagnose any problem, rather than just physical examination, as there is history of trauma.
