Thank you for the response.
Last year I suffered an injury directly to the testicle playing baseball. I got it checked out and the results came back as a hydrocele.
I've had no problems from then until a couple of weeks ago when I started feeling moderate abdominal and groin pain (which can also be from strenuous activity).
After that I decided to give myself a self-test and I think I have a pea-shaped lump on the testicle.
Do you think it is related to that hydrocele? or is something different?
Thanks,
XXXX

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Its Cyst of Hydatid of Morgagni..!!
Hi,Dear !! Thanks for the updates.
Reviewed your query with it.
Pea-Shaped lump in right testicle is mostly -Hydatid Cyst of Morgagni-which is harmless vestigeal entity.
Testicular injury last year, lead to hydrocele-post-traumatic variety.
Groin pain and abdominal pain- is from strenous tractive stress.
Do's-Suggested-
Tight Ugies - to avoid trauma.
Avoid bicycling or 2 wheeler stress.
As its harmless and without any complaints-forget it.
Keep watch for any complaints and increase in size.
Investigation- suggested-
Would advise you to go for repeat USG study of right testicle to confirm it.
If needed Plan for Drainage and Excision of-Hydrocele-if the groin and abdominal pain repeats, with help of Surgeon.
This would help you to plan needful treatment with it,with doctors there.
