Brief Answer:
Tell me in detail about your exposure.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
HIV RNA PCR test is negative after 15 days of your exposure which is highly reliable but I need details of your exposure so that I can explain you in much better way so be relaxed and provide me details.
Thank You

Thanks for the clarification Doctor.I have mentioned the details of exposure.
I had sex with Sex Worker (Safe sex only-used Condom). Before sex I was caressing her private part(Don't remember which finger I used) and I did not insert my finger in her private part.As far as I remember there was no fluid from her private part.
The problem is I had paper cut in my middle finger.
After coming back home I washed my hands,at that time in my middle finger there was small bleeding (But only after washing, not before that and amount of Blood was not even equal to one Single drop).
My main concern now is PCR RNA test after two weeks of exposure is reliable or not

Brief Answer:
The risk is very unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
You had protected sex with sex worker and there is no contact of any fluid then the risk is very unlikely and the result of RNA PCR test is considered very reliable. Paper cut on your finger does not put you at any risk of getting HIV so be relaxed, forget the episode and get back to me with 1 month report.
Thank You
