Brief Answer:
Good evening, yes there are salt replacements

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM!

In response to your question about salt replacements there are a few options that may be of interest to you.

The safest option is to use an herbal flavoring. There are many available generically.

The other option is a salt substitue which is essentially potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride. My only concern with that is how much you use and that your doctor monitors your electrolytes.

I hope I have answered your question. Please feel free to write back if you need clarifications. It is not ethical to mention brand names, so I can only recommend generically.

Please use your follow-up for additional clarification.
