Hi dear.Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

Vesicare(Solifenacin) and Quinine possibly interact with each other and may result in abnormal heart rhythm which manifest as unexplained fainting, imbalance (due to change in the QT interval on ECG).

I were to avoid this combination as far as possible or use Darifenacin instead which doesnot have this interaction and absolutely safe with quinine.
