Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
I read your querya and understand your concerns related to Vynase withdrawal.
It is true that withdrawal of Vynase is very difficult in few patients, especially after long term use. This is also true that few patients stop responding after use of Vynase for long period of time.
I like to inform you that first few weeks (two to four weeks) are most difficult time in Vynase withdrawal and feeling irritable, depressed, anxious, low mood, lethargic, fatigue are common manifestations.
During the first week majority of patients feel pretty depressed with low energy, low motivation, and an overall sense of fatigue. After a couple weeks though, they notice improvement in energy level. For majority of individuals return to 100% of efficiency returns in one or two months after Vynase last dose.
The best thing you can do is to identify specific symptoms of withdrawal and try your best to cope with them.
Many people get caught up in the initial few days after withdrawal and think that they are going to feel low energy and crappy forever, when in reality, these symptoms are going to subside in the next couple weeks.
At the same time keep yourself hydrated and use over the counter medications, if absolutely necessary.
Regarding your question about interaction of caffeine with seroquel answer is yes as caffeine regulates dopamine signaling through dopamine transporter (DAT) which in turn increases the dopamine in brain which is antagonized by Seroquel.
I hope This helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
