Is There Any Relation Between Blood Type And The Ability To Conceive?
O negative and Infertility due to missed Anti D shot unlikely, Other causes
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. You should have got the Anti D antibody shot but that does not mean you would not get pregnant if you did not get that vaccine.
Not getting that vaccine increases the odds of abortion and erythroblastosis fetalis only and not the odds of infertility.
So talk to your fertility consultant and let them sort out other possibilities of infertility and start from commonest like PCOS , irregular menses etc.
There are some studies which correlates O blood group with less ovarian reserves of eggs but a study still under scrutiny is not a study to rely on plus my mom is o negative and she has 4 children all healthy.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Not beneficial now, Better in pregnancy and right after delivery
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
The reason for Anti D shots is to make sure the positive blood group from the fetus during pregnancy should not sensitise the blood group of mother so that it does not break rbcs of subsequent coming babies by crossing their placenta.
Ideal time for it is during pregnancy or right after that. Now that you have been infertile for more than 3 years i am afraid these wont help.
Some doctors still recommend its shot any how but i don't see any benefit right now.
I hope it helps.

First pregnancy then anti d shot.

With just one month trial you are not even infertile then. Keep trying and go for anti d shots at earliest possible time pregnancy. I don't feel their need right now. First get pregnant and then have a shot. Your obstetrician will take care of that.
I hope it helps.
