Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Levothyroxine is usually advised to be taken around half to one hour before food. It has not interaction with pain medication.
2. However, pain medications can induce gastritis, if taken on an empty stomach and it is better to be taken after food.

One hour difference with food in between should be the waiting time ideally.
