Is Transmission Of HIV From Kleenex Dipped With Infected Blood Possible?

Question: I want to know if you have a fresh womb or cut on your ear, can you catch or be exposed to hiv from blood on kleenex that came from an hiv person an they wipe it across your soar?

The description of your problem is not clear and I guess there are some spelling errors (like womb, which I understand you mean to say ' is a 'wound')
HIV virus cannot survive outside the body. Transmission of virus by due to wipe over the wound is least likely
