Brief Answer:
You can fly with precaution.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
You can fly. But you have to follow certain precautions.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics. You can take amoxicillin with clavulinic acid that your doctor has prescribed.
2) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
3) If you have pain, use analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
4) Avoid taking refrigerated food.
5) Avoid sleeping while plane is taking off and landing.
6) Sucking sweet or chewing gum during landing and taking off.

You will be fine.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish you a good health and speedy
recovery.
