Is Urgency To Urinate Symptom Of STD?

Question: I went to a massage parlor. They washed me on a table. Then went back to a room and she put a condom on me and she gave me oral sex. Then we had vaginal sex, both with a condom. Afterward she took the condom off and wiped me up. The next day I felt a little urgency to urinate, and a little strange sensation in my penis. Should I be concerned of an std? Or is this all in my head due to guilt?

Could the discomfort be from the type of condom? Which I don't know what kind it was, or guilt and my mind wandering or something else?

Yes, it could be one of the two. May also be due to some pre-existing (before this encounter) urinary tract infection. Get checked for urinary tract infection, which is unrelated to your sexual encounter.
