Brief Answer:
Uterus surgery best if family is complete.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The findings of colposcopy are suggestive of CIN-I. PAP smear shows atypical cells. Detailed biopsy report is needed to rule out cancer.
Right now in case your family is complete and no more children are needed then it is best to go for a hysterectomy to remove all the chances of cancer.
In case the family is not complete then cautery or excision biopsy may be considered and regular monitoring is needed every 6 months to monitor the progression of the lesion.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
