Brief Answer:
investigations required
Detailed Answer:
Hi there I have read your query.
As you have mentioned that you are having continuous bloody discharge. I must ask you a few questions that
1. Are you having accompanying fever?
2. Do you feel dizzy?
3. Or there is a feeling of
tiredness always?
Only if you tell about these symptoms we can go for headway
There are multiple causes of continuous vaginal bleeding
They Include
1.
Hormonal imbalance
2. Ectopic pregnancy
3. Pregnancy complications
4.
Uterine Fibroid of polyp
5. Intrauterine devices
6. Cancers like of the
cervix or uterus
7.
Pelvic inflammatory disease or infection in the reproductive tract.
Now coming back to what you have asked that it may be
cervical cancer, dear i must specify that there are investigations to rule that out. Only if the cytology or the cells of the cervix have changed from normal then only we can label it as cancer .And for that you must get the
Pap smear done , which is a simple test done in a obstetrics and gynaecology clinic . Only then can we say that the cervix has some abnormality. Depending on the type of cells that are present, cancer assessment can be made.
So I advice you that you refer to the clinic and tell about all the complaints to the doctor, so that your doubts can be ruled out. But since the bloody discharge is foul smelling and that there is pain in the lower abdomen , get yourself evaluated for any infection in the reproductive tract.
If you still have any doubt I am there to answer.
