Brief Answer:
You need to take regular calcium and vitamin D

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. You can start with this dose. there are few points I would like to add.
1. take weekly XXXXXXX of vitamin D. they have 2 lakh international unit, take it for six weeks.
2. calcium and vitamin D daily in tablet form. it contains 250 iu vitamin D and 1000 mg calcium.
3. daily half hour sun exposure.
4. milk, egg, fish , chicken, paneer.
Get your vitamin D again after three months. It should be 30 or above. vitamin D toxicity can also occur so never take it with out regular checkup.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Vitamin deficiency can occur due to infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Although there is no direct relation between infection and vitamin deficiency but it can be due to lack of balanced diet. Patient with infection has loss of appetite and usually take diet which does not have normal doses of vitamins and minerals.
6 lakh is a little higher dose and it should not be taken for more then 4 weeks on weekly basis, get your vitamin D level after that.
Thanks
