Brief Answer:
Warm compress.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. It is usually a warm compress that will help a sore neck. Apply every couple of hours. I would also suggest trying a firm pillow to sleep if you haven't already tried this. Paracetamol and ibuprofen for any pain.
The tingling in your neck may indicate nerve entrapment. I suggest you have an MRI of your cervical spine to investigate.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further problems, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
