Hi Dr. XXXXXXX

Well I was beaten, robbed, and assaulted after neurosurgery. I was sent to a psychiatrist who we now think put me on the wrong meds. My primary case physician told me to get off the Lamictal. I do suffer from some bouts of depression and or ad at times. My ex took the kids along with all the money.

Brief Answer:
Change psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
It's indeed sad to hear everything and of course you have been through enough.
In my opinion you need to visit a new psychiatrist and opt for change of medication and of course counselling sessions.
This is a difficult phase of your life definitely needs counselling and courage on your part.

My own family members left me out on the street...I was over medicated on drugs like put in a sleep induced coma. Instead of trying to understand the situation they left. They changed drugs constantly lexapro to Xanax to Lamictal...and now this new psychiatrist said risperdal...I'm lost. But the sexual abuse while unconscious has left me realing and now I have bouts of ptsd.

Who is going to take me? I've been driving around myself. The old psychiatrist suggested risperdal. Three of them diagnosed me with GAD and PTSD. Unipolar depression. My primary care told me to get off the Lamictal.

My mother was being extremely abusive during this time. So my symptoms exasperated.

Who is going to take me?

Which hospital...the mental hospital or emergency...adult protective services were already called on my mom...

I don't know.

They want to dismiss what happened...
