What Is The Recovery Time Taken Post Knee Replacement And A Heart Attack?

My sister had a stroke 2 years ago and lost her speech. On friday she was in hospital for a replacement knee op. After the op she was in recovery and had a heart attack. They have put her in an induced coma and are bringing her around today, how long does it usually take please. She had Spinal Aneasthetic and was fine after op having a cup of tea

I really appreciate your concern, in such case prognosis is entirely depends upon the coma score and that can only be judge with clinical examination and over all clinical condition here no clinical findings are given so it is bit difficult to say anything comatose condition is very uncertain patient may remains in vegetative state for long time over all what type of and which part of brain is damaged is matter of concern, I would suggest to discuss this with treating medical team or neurologist hope this information helps.
