Kindly if you could provide some details like the duration you have been feeling the problem, the areas that itch. any other disease you are having. any associated symptoms like rash or spots or you are using any sort of medication.

Usually i face this problem during night hours. No I dont have any rashes or spot.

Night times itch problem are mostly due to allergy from any specific linen or clothes.

Sometimes the itch is due to liver enzymes abnormality but it also occurs during daytime.

You are suggested to try antiallergics and see whether you respond to them or not. If not then you should do liver function test to asses the enzymes levels
